Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 - 7 business days.
- Expedited options are available at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to the carrier first. If you still need help, email us at hello@dotingbeauty.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return Policy
Doting Beauty Inc accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at hello@dotingbeauty.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for mailing your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, we can only offer refunds and store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us at hello@dotingbeauty.com within 12 hours. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or shipped.
